Fulbourn Village Library is supported by Cambridgeshire County Council and Fulbourn Parish Council
The Library is housed in The Swifts which is a community building for use by local clubs and organisations. The building has a large meeting area which, if required, may be divided into two. It has kitchen facilities and a good storage area. The meeting rooms are available to hire at reasonable rates for daytime and evening events, with off-street parking.
The Swifts is suitable for Businesses, Clubs, Societies and Children's Parties to name but a few.
